Kindred Spirits for Adolescent Boys

Kindred Spirits is a long-term residential alcohol/drug treatment program for adolescent boys operated by The Counseling Center.

Located in Southern Ohio, Kindred Spirits uses a farm setting and equine assisted therapy to help clients achieve abstinence from drugs and pursue a recovery lifestyle.

The CARF-accredited program serves 16 adolescent boys at a time. Families are linked with resources to assist them in supporting their child in his recovery from addiction. Addiction is best treated in an environment of compassion, understanding and honest self-appraisal, all available and provided by skilled professionals.
